QUEENSTOWN COMMISSIONERS Februarv 11.2020 Speciaitvteeting A special meeting was held in the Town Office for the purpose of meeting in Closed Session to discuss a contract matter related to the wastewater treatment plant. President Willis called the special meeting to order at9.02 a.m. and motioned to close the special meeting and enter into closed session. Motion seconded by Commissioner Hardee. Participating were President Tom Willis, Commissioner Al Hardee, Commissioner Hogie Schuster, Town Attorney Lyndsey Ryan, Town Engineer Bob Rauch, Mike Funk from White Marsh, White Marsh attorney (by phone), George Frigon, Joe Vigil from Ovivo, and Town Manager/Clerk Amy Moore. Commissioner Hardee motioned to adjoum the closed session and reconvene the special meeting at ll:25 a.m. Motion seconded by Commissioner Schuster. Vote 3-aye, O-nay There were no decisions made during closed session. There being no further business, President Willis motioned to adjourn the closed session at ll:27 a.m. Motion seconded by Commissioner Schuster. Vote: 3-aye,O-nay. Respectfully submitted,
