August 14,2018 PRESENT: President Tom Willis, Commissioner Al Hardee, Commissioner Hogie Schuster, Town Attorney Brynja Booth, Mr. Peter Dudley, Mr. Joseph Stevens, Attomey, and Amy Moore.
SPECIAL MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 3:04 P.M.
President Willis motioned to enter into Closed Session at 3:05 p.m. for discussion of potential acquisition of real estate and to obtain legal advice. Motion seconded by Commissioner Schuster. Vote: 3-aye,0-nay President Willis motioned to adjourn the Closed Session at 4:20 p.m. and resume Special Meeting. Motion seconded by Commissioner Schuster.
