QUEENSTOWN COMMISSIONERS
SPECIAL MEETING MI}IUTES
August22,2017 On August 22, 2017 at I :05 pm, President Willis called a special meeting of the Queenstown Commissioners to order. The meeting occurred at the Queenstown Town Offrce.
The purpose ofthe meeting was to convene a closed session to obtain legal advice on a contract matter. After calling the meeting to order, President Willis made a motion to convene a closed session for legal advice, which was seconded by Commissioner Schuster and unanimously canied. The meeting occurred at the Queenstown Town Office. President Thomas B. Willis, Jr., Commissioner Hogie Schuster, Commissioner L. Plumbo, Jr., Brynja Booth, Town Attomey, and
Michael Bowell were present. Also present was Robert Rauch, the Town's consulting engineer.
The closed session commenced at :05 pm.
1 At the conclusion of the closed session, at 2:05 p.m., the Commissioners reconvened in open session. Commissioner Schuster made a motion to adjoum the meeting, which was seconded by Commissioner Plumbo and unanimously carried. The meeting adjoumed at 2:07 p.m.
