for the purpose of discussing future water and sewer  needs  for  Queenstown
Harbor Golf Course properties, contract matters  and  introducing  Ordinance
21-03, establishing the  FY  2022  General  Fund  and  Water  &  Sewer  Fund
budgets, tax, and water and sewer rates.
