June 8, 2026 The Queenstown Commissioners will hold a special meeting at 10:00 a.m. for the purpose of meeting to review and discuss the draft FY27 General Fund and Water/Sewer Fund budgets with staff and Finance Committee and potentially introduce budget and water/sewer rate ordinances.

Agenda is as follows:
10:00 a.m. - MEETING CALLED TO ORDER
• Review proposed drafts of the FY 27 General Fund and Water/Sewer Fund
budgets as prepared by staff and Finance Committee.
• Ordinance 26-01 - an ordinance of the Town of Queenstown adopting a
general budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027 and establishing a real property tax rate of $ .2312 per $100 of assessed real property value, a tax rate of $ .58 per $100 of all assessed commercial or business personal property, and a tax rate of $2.75 per $100 of assessed public utilities; and also adopting an enterprise budget for the town's water and sewer operations, which
includes an increase to monthly water and sewer consumption rates by thirty-two percent (32%) (eligible for introduction and scheduling of public hearing)
• Ordinance 26-02 - an ordinance of the Town of Queenstown to amend the
town’s water and sewer charges to increase the monthly water consumption rate and sewer consumption rate by thirty-two percent (32%) for one year commencing July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027 (eligible for introduction and scheduling of public hearing)
