AMEND THE TOWN’S WATER AND SEWER CHARGES TO INCREASE THE MONTHLY WATER
CONSUMPTION RATE AND SEWER CONSUMPTION RATE BY EIGHT PERCENT (8%) PER
YEAR FOR THE NEXT FIVE FISCAL YEARS, COMMENCING JULY 1, 2022 AND
