OWNER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF THE WATER METER AT THE TIME

OF INSTALLATION (eligible for introduction)

2. RESOLUTION NO. 20-106 - A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSIONERS OF
