6:00 p.m. – PUBLIC HEARING – Breezeline Franchise Agreement Renewal
Cogeco US (Delmar) LLC d/b/a Breezeline - franchise proposal to be
effective following the expiration of the current franchise on November 25,
2023 and terminating November 25, 2033.
The franchise renewal hearing will be for the purpose of receiving comments
on the proposed renewal of the franchise and shall be in accordance with
the Federal Cable Act, 47, USC 546.
