Public hearings were set for 6:00 p.m. on Ordinance 19-03 to increase monthly water and sewer usage rates by five percent per year for the three fiscal years commencing July 1, 2019 and ending July 1, 2022, and for 6:30 p.m. on Ordinance 19-02 to adopt the Town’s general budget for July 1, 2019–June 30, 2020, establish a tax rate of .1744 per $100 of assessed real property and a tax rate of .44 per $100 on commercial/business personal property and public utilities, and adopt an enterprise budget for the Town’s water and sewer operations.

WATER USAGE RATE AND SEWER USAGE RATE BY FIVE PERCENT PER YEAR
