QUEENSTOWN COMMISSIONERS SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES July 17,2018 On July 17, 2018 at 10:13 a.m., Commissioner Schuster called a special meeting ofthe Commissioners of Queenstown to order. Commissioner Hardee made a motion to convene a closed session obtain legal advice on a contract matter. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Schuster and unanimously carried. The meeting occurred at the Queenstown Town Office. Commissioner Hogie Schuster, Commissioner Alton Hardee, Jr., Town Manager/Town Clerk Amy Moore, and Brynja Booth, Town Attorney were present. The closed session commenced at 10:13 a.m. At 11:02 a.m., the Commissioners reconvened the special meeting. Commissioner Schuster made a motion to close the special meeting, which was seconded by Commissioner Hardee.
