QUEENSTOWN COMMISSIONERS SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES May 9, 2018 On May 9, 2018 at 11:09 a.m., President Willis called a special meeting of the Queenstown Commissioners to Order. President Willis made a motion to convene a closed session for the purpose ofundertaking settlement discussions with counsel on a matter involving potential litigation and to obtain legal advice concerning the litigation. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Schuster and unanimously carried. The Commissioners adjourned into closed session at 11:09 a.m. The Commissioners reconvened in open session at 12:10 p.m. There being no further business, Commissioner Willis made a motion to close the closed session at 12:10 p.m., which was seconded by Commissioner Schuster, which was unanimously carried.
