This is the agenda for the Town of Queenstown Commissioners meeting on April 26, 2017. A 6:30 p.m. work session will review correspondence, minutes and bills, followed by a 7:00 p.m. public hearing on proposed Ordinance 17-02 (also listed as 17-022) to amend Section 33.C.9 of the zoning ordinance to provide alternative standards for growth allocation when a receiving property does not meet subsections 33.C.1–4. The regular meeting will include committee reports, the treasurer/finance report, minutes, correspondence, and old business including possible adoption of Ordinance 17-02 and Resolution 17-101 to adopt the Queenstown Risk Management Procedures Manual; an ongoing item is the Wastewater Treatment Plant.
