This is Resolution No. 23-102 adopted by the Commissioners of Queenstown in 2023 to establish a revised fee schedule for licenses, applications, permits, inspections, certificates and related services provided through the Middle Department Inspection Agency. The resolution states rising costs prompted the update and that the attached schedules supersede prior fee lists; the document was approved by the Town Commissioners in 2023 and shows an effective date in 2023 (date line in the record is garbled). The attached schedules list detailed charges for residential construction (mobile homes, single-family, multi-family, additions, pools, solar, antennas, chimneys, reinspection and minimum fees), non-residential fees by IBC use groups and square foot, and separate electrical, plumbing, and mechanical fee tables with specific line items and minimum fees. Several section-specific minimums are shown (for example building minimum $70, electrical minimum $60, plumbing minimum $65) and reinspection fees are included in multiple schedules.
