RESOLUTION 2I.106 November 2021 Municipal Government Works '%n" Introduced by: [Jillis,Sr. WHEREAS the Maryland Municipal League has established the Municipal Government Works (MGW) program; and WHEREAS, the MGW program is to promote and recognize the efforts of cities and towns to manage and create effective and cost efficient operations for the benefit of its residents; and WHEREAS, the MGW program is to further the education of school age children to learn and directly experience municipal govemments, now therefore be it RESOLVED, that the Board of Queenstown Commissioners intend to fi.rther the goals and principles of the Maryland Municipal League's, Municipal Government Worl<s program; and be it further RESOLVED, that the Board of Queenstown Commissioners dedicate the month of November 202I as Municipal Govemment Works month.
