A RESOLUTION OF TrrE COMMISSTONERS Or QUEENSTOWI\ TO
ADOPT A FEE FOR PERMITS FOR TIIE USE OF THE TOWN BOAT
RAMP
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Queenstown are authorizedto adopt such legislation as
it may deern necessary for the protection and preservation of the town's property and for the
protection and promotion of health and safety of town employees and citizens; and
WHEREAS, by Ordinance 2020-07, the Commissioners of Queenstown adopted
regulations for the use of the Town Boat Ramp, which are set forth in Section 13.4 of the
Queenstown Code, the purpose of which is to protect the health, safety and welfare of the Town
and prevent damage to Town properfy; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 13.4 of the Queenstown Code, the Commissioners of
have the authority to enact a resolution establishing a fee schedule for the
Queenstown
administration of permits to use the Town Boat Ramp; and
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Queenstown have determined that it is desirable and
necessary to grant permits for the use of the boat ramp to Queenstown residents only to protect the
Town boat ramp and to keep it in good condition; and
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Queenstown have determined that it is desirable and in
the public interest to adopt a schedule of fees for permits for Queenstown residents as provided by
Section 13.4 of the Queenstown Code.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Commissioners of Queenstown as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above-referenced fees may be incorporated into a
comprehensive schedule of Town administrative fees as adopted by the Commissioners of
Queenstown and amended from time to time.
