This is the agenda for the Queenstown Planning Commission meeting on June 2, 2021 at 7:00 p.m., held in-person with limited capacity and via Zoom (link on the Town website). The Commission will hold public hearings on proposed Zoning Ordinance amendments (housekeeping changes to specify Development Standards in the Queenstown Resort District (QRD) and Non‑Residential Use Standards in the Countryside District (CS)) and on Proposed Critical Area Program amendments as part of a six‑year review to meet State law requirements; if approved these will be forwarded to the Town Commissioners for public hearing and possible adoption. Other agenda items include public comment, Town Manager updates, old business such as the Trails Master Plan (final draft v5-28-21), review of Wheatland’s (Waterman Family Limited Partnership), the Sorenson Site and Water Quality Management Plan for 112 Charity Lane, boat landing and parking area improvements, and discussion of material standards for fences. New business includes consideration of Community Parks and Playground Program Grant Funding for FY2023 and approval of the May 5, 2021 minutes.
