Town ofQueenstown Planning Commission Minutes October4, 2017 A regular meeting ofthe Queenstown Planning Commission was held on October 4, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Office. Present were Planning Commission members, Al Hardee, Matt Reno, Phil Snyder, and BettyWhite. Guest present Peter Johnston, Town Planner.

AlHardee, Chairman, broughtthe meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

OLD BUSINESS

Community Plan Update: Discussion and review ofthe draft2017 Queenstown Comprehensive Plan was had, afterwhich the following motions were made, seconded and unanimously approved::.

Thatthe Planning Commission approve the text revisions to the draft 2017 Queenstown Comprehensive Plan recommended by the Town Planner.

That the Planning Commission introduce Resolution 17-105 attached hereto and , made a part hereof, and to schedule a final Planning Commission public hearing on the draft 2017 Queenstown Comprehensive Plan for November 1,2017, and Thatthe Town Planner is hereby directed to incorporate the text revisions acted upon at this meøting and the map changes already recommended by the Planning Commission, into version 1015117 ofthe draft 2017 Queenstown Comprehensive Plan and

to make copies available atthe Town office priorto publication ofthe notice ofthe Planning Commission public hearing scheduled for November 1,2017.

NEW BUSINESS

1 Minutes The Minutes ofthe September4, 2017 meeting were unavailable for review.

— Mr. Reno will prepare them for review at the next meeting.

2. Vacancy Mr. Hardee informed the Planning Commissioners that Mr. Comegys term

- had expired and that he chose not to continue on the Commission. Notice ofthe vacancy will be noted on the Town website and newsletter and anyone wishing to apply should submit a letter requestto the Town Office forconsideration.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
