The Queenstown Planning Commission met on November 3, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. with members Al Hardee (Chair), Matt Reno, Phil Snyder and Betty White; guests included Town Planner Peter Johnston, Commissioner Mike Bowell, Bob Rauch and John Andres. The commission unanimously approved the Queenstown Harbor Golf Course final site plan as submitted, contingent on the Town receiving approved Stormwater Management and Sediment and Erosion Control Plans and a Certificate of Approval to be signed by the Planning Commission Chairman. Commissioner Bowell reported the Town is pursuing grants for a proposed Waterfront Park and water tower renovations, and that the Dudley Avenue closing will be discussed at the November 9 commissioners meeting. The Draft Community Plan update was forwarded to county agencies for review (the county has 30 days to comment) and a public hearing will be scheduled after comments are received; other agenda items (town planning/infrastructure, Brian Weese signage) had no updates and the October 5 minutes were tabled for lack of quorum. The meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.

Town of Queenstown Planning Commission Minutes November 3,2016 A regular meeting of the Queenstown Planning Commission was held on November 3, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Office. Present were Planning Commission members, Al Hardee, new member Matt Reno, Phil Snyder and Betty White. Guests present were Peter Johnston, Town Planner, Mike Bowell, Town Commissioner, Bob Rauch and John Andres. Al Hardee, Chairman (succeeding Hogie Schuster), brought the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Guests'Time: 1. Queenstown Harbor Golf Gottages and Evenb Project: John Andres, General Manager of Queenstown Harbor Golf, addressed the meeting and noted that the proposed final site plan had been given to the Town Office ten days ago and invited questions and/or comments from the Planning Commission. After detailed discussion, it was moved by Betty White, seconded by Phil Snyder, That the Queenstown Harbor Golf Gourse Site Plan be approved as submitted subject to receipt by the Town of approved Stormwater Management and Sediment and Erosion Control Plans and Certificate of Approval to be signed by the Ghairman of the Planning Gommission. This motion was carried unanimously. NEW BUSINESS 1. Town Commissioners Updates 1.1. Mr. Bowell indicated the Town continues to seek grant funds for the proposed Town Waterfront Park as well as renovations to the water tower. 1.2 Mr. Bowell indicated that the Dudley Avenue closing issue will be discussed again at the next Commissioners meeting on November 9tn. OLD BUSINESS 1. Updated Gommunity Plan: Peter Johnson indicated the Draft Community Plan update had been forwarded to the County agencies for review and comment. He indicated it had previously been submitted to the CAC for comment but none has been received. The County has 30 days to review and comment. Once received a public hearing can be scheduled. 2. Town Planning and Infrastructure - no update 3. Pending Requests and Permits 3.1. Brian Weese, signage Plan - no updates. OTHER The Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting held October 5,2016 were tabled for lack of quorum. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m. Secretary
