A regularly scheduled meeting of the Queenstown Planning Commission was held Wednesday
evening September 5, 2018. Present were Philip Snyder- Chair, Perry Stutman, Betty White,
Loretta Hohmann, Secretary, and Town Manager Amy Moore. Absent and excused was, Matt
Reno- Vice Chair, Town Planner Peter Johnston.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER
Accordingly, Phil Snyder brought the meeting to order at7:02 p.m. The following documents were
distributed to all members of the Planning Commission that were in attendance:

renovations/additions to 111 Charity Lane.

The Rusts were provided the emailfrom Mr. Peter Johnson and they read the last paragraph- in
regards to the Proposed additions to the principal structure are within the setback requirements
for the R-1 zoning district. The applicant should note that the proposed future shed needs to be
located a minimum of 5 feet from the rear property line and 3 feet from the side property line. lt
appears from the site plan that the future shed meets these setback requirements.
Ms. Betty White made a motion to accept the drawings as submitted. Unanimously approved.
TOWN MANAGER UPDATE
Town Commissioners adopted the annexation of the Dudley property.
Town of Queenstown will be paving certain roads in the community to begin end of September
2018.
Town of Queenstown is supporting the QAC goes purple for the opioid epidemic.
Discussion was held that the Town Commissioners were concerned that the Waterman property
was not going to be planned for a 100o/o commercial property build. Mr. Phil Snyder suggested
that Mr. Barry Waterman attend the September 2018 Town Commissioner's meeting and provide
the details for the future build of the property. Town Manager Amy Moore will advise the Town
Commissioner's and contact Mr. Barry Waterman.

OLD BUSINESS:
Zoning Ordinance - Motion to recommerid the zoning ordinance text amendment (version 8-1S
201E) and the draft official zoning map (version &1%1E) to the Town Commissbners. Motion
passed by a unanimous vote.
NEW BUSINESS
Minutes - August 1 , 201E - Motion to approve thc minutes by Mr. Perry Strfrnan were approved
unanimously.
PUBLIC COMMENT - none
There being no further business, the meeting adjoumed at 7:38 p.m.
