Town of Queenstown Planning Commission Special Meeting and Public Hearing APril 13,2017 A special meeting of the Queenstown Planning Commission was held on April 13,2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town bfice. Present were Planning Commission members, Willy Comegys, Matt Reno, Phil Snyder, and Betty White. Guests present were Peter Johnston, Town Planner, George palumbo, iown Commisiioner, Mike and Pat Bowell, John and Eugenie Fitzgerald'

Brandon Davis and Peter Robertson.

Matt Reno, Vice Chairman, brought the meeting to order at 7:00 p'm' peter Johnston, Town Planner, then made a detailed presentation of the proposed Draft Comprehensive Plan highlighting the changes from the 2010 Comprehensive Plan and the objectives for the proposed changes.

After review of the proposed amendments, it was moved by Phil Snyder, seconded by Willy Comegys That language be incorporated into the Draft Comprehensive Plan to include

eueenstown's V-isio-n and Interiurisdictional Goordination of Critical Area growth allocation.

This motion was carried unanimously. A draft of the proposed amendments is attached hereto and made a Part hereof.

There being no further business, the Special Meeting adjourned' The Chairman then opened the Public Heanng.

The Chairman invited comments from the audience. Mr. Peter Robinson addressed the meeting with concerns of what he considered inaccuracies in the Draft Plan but felt that the overall-proposed plan was "good". The Chairman advised Mr. Robinson to submit his concerns and comments in writing to the Town Office up until May 1, 2017 for review by the Planning Commission.

The Chairman then presented proposed Ordinance No 17-02, introduced by Town Commissioner Willis, for discussion and review. Thereafter, it was moved by Willy Comegys, seconded by BettY White That the planning Gommission recommends to the Town Commissionerc, approval 1742, of proposed ORDINANCE nO. N

TO AMEND SECTION 33.C.9 OF THE Q

ALTERNATIVE STANDARDS FOR GROWTH

RECEIVING GROWTH ALLOCATION DOES NOT SATISFY SUBSECTIONS 33.C.1,2,3 OR4.

This motion was carried unanimously. A copy of proposed Ordinance 17-Q2is attached hereto and made a Part hereof.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
