at 7:00 p.m. at the Town bfice. Present were Planning Commission members, Willy Comegys,
Matt Reno, Phil Snyder, and Betty White. Guests present were Peter Johnston, Town Planner,
George palumbo, iown Commisiioner, Mike and Pat Bowell, John and Eugenie Fitzgerald'
Brandon Davis and Peter Robertson.

overall-proposed plan was "good". The Chairman advised Mr. Robinson to submit his concerns
and comments in writing to the Town Office up until May 1, 2017 for review by the Planning
Commission.

hereto and made a Part hereof.
