These are the minutes of the Town of Queenstown Planning Commission meeting held April 4, 2018, chaired by Phil Snyder with Town Planner Peter Johnston and members Matt Reno, Perry Stutman, and Secretary Loretta Hohmann present. The commission scheduled a Zoning Ordinance / Comprehensive Rezoning work session for April 18, 2018 at 6:00 p.m.; a Finance Committee attendee (listed as Mike Bowel/Bowell) reported the Planning Commission is significantly over budget and asked the commission to prepare 2018 cost figures, with Town Manager Amy Moore to provide actual overrun figures. Town of Queenstown Planning Commission Minutes April4, 2018 A regularly scheduled meeting of the Queenstown Planning Commission was held Wednesday evening April4, 2018. Present were Philip Snyder- Chair, Town Planner Peter Johnston, Matt Reno, Perry Stutman. Loretta Hohmann No Guests were present. Accordingly, Phil Snyder brought the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. OLD BUSINESS 1. Zoning Ordinance- A work session has been scheduled for April 18,2018 at 6:00 p.m. 2. Gomprehensive Rezoning - Queenstown Zoning Ordinance (This is a restatement of item #1. 1. After adopting the Comprehensive plan, typically items arise in the past that will need to be addressed in the possibility of re-zoning ordinances. Thus, the work session has been scheduled. NEW BUSINESS Town Commissioner update - No Town Commissioner updates. 2. Chairman Phil Snyder asked Mike Bowel (who was in the public seating area) if there are any updates he could provide on the code Enforcement position that the Planning Commissioners would need to know? No updates were provided by Mr. Bowel 3. Mike Bowell updated the Planning Commission board from the Finance committee side (since he is also a member of the Finance committee) that the Planning Commission was significantly over budget. He asked the Planning Commission to work on the costs for 2018 to be submitted at a future date to the Finance Committee as the Finance Committee is concerned about the figures to create an accurate budget tor 2018. 4. Town Manager Amy Moore should be able to provide the Planning Commission with the actual figures of the cost overrun. 5. Planning Commission board member Perry Stutman announced that he is planning on sub- dividing his personal property. When his plans are ready to be submitted to the Planning Commission Board Members, he will recuse himself from the discussion and voting. 6. Minutes - The Minutes of the March 7,2018 were reviewed and approved.
