The Queenstown Planning Commission met on December 3, 2025. Steve and Linda Roberson presented a concept plan to demolish and rebuild an office and house on Steamboat Ave; the Commission identified minor adjustments needed to building size and the front setback, noted the accessory building as proposed exceeds parcel limits, and Matt Reno provided alternatives; the Robersons reported the existing house is sinking and sits on piers. Public comment was none; Town Manager updates reported the Old Wharf TN sewer main project is ongoing, new membranes were installed at the sewer plant the week of Thanksgiving, the Town Christmas party is December 11, and the tree lighting is December 6 at 5:00 pm. The November 5, 2025 minutes were approved (motion Mike Bowell, second Sue Donaldson) and the meeting adjourned at 6:18 pm.
