The Planning Commission special meeting on November 21, 2022 heard applicant Tiffany Boone describe plans to operate a massage therapy business on her property: appointments/reservations only, two therapists on schedule at a time with one client per therapist, a retail front as a supplemental use, and hours of operation 9:00–7:00. Commissioners noted that massage therapy requires Planning Commission approval; the Commission voted to approve the use with the condition that Boone define parking spaces (she also discussed possible use of a Qtown Bank lot outside normal business hours). A nearby resident welcomed the business, and the meeting adjourned at 6:48 pm.
