Queenstown Planning Commission November 6, 2024 Present: Matt Reno, Geneva Thrasher-Rieu, Paul Cain, Mike Bowell, Town Planner Peter Johnston and Town Manager Amy Moore Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m. Appointment of acting Chairman, Vice Chair: Due to the resignation of Chairman Philip Snyder, Matt Reno will temporarily serve as Chair, Geneva Thrasher-Rieu will serve as Vice-Chair pending recruitment of a replacement member. Guests: Kevin Shearon and John Anderes, Queenstown Harbor: prelim site plan review for events building. refined plans, reconfigured parking lot, expanding lane to 22 foot wide, storm water management/infiltration along lane, impervious cover will be plants to provide buffer: Mike Bowell motion to grant preliminary site plan approval, final subject to addressing consulting engineer and critical area components; Paul Cain second, no oppose.
