The Queenstown Planning Commission met November 5, 2025, called to order at 6:00 pm by Acting Chair Matt Reno, and adjourned at 6:32 pm. Commissioners expressed condolences on the passing of Commissioner Tom Willis (Jim Watzin also offered condolences); there were no guests and no Town Manager updates or old business. The commission elected officers (Matt Reno, Chair; Mike Bowett, Vice Chair; Geneva Thrasher-Rieu, Secretary), voted to recommend adoption of the drafted revisions to Section 95 (table of heights) of the zoning ordinance (motion by Paul Cain, second by Mike Bowett, no opposition), and approved the October 1, 2025 minutes (motion by Paul Cain, second by Mike Bowett, no opposition).
