Queenstown Planning Commission November 1, 2023 Present: Phil Snyder, Mike Bowell, Peter Johnston, Geneva Thrasher-Rieu, Paul Cain, and Amy Moore (virtual) Meeting called to order at7:00 pm.

Peter Robertson: want to do work on the exterior, issues with current setbacks; house originally had porch, had to remove when replaced siding; want to replace porch, add car port, three open sides, one pitched roof, sky light, hurricane rated; all runoff is collected and deposited into cistern (IDA); advised to prepare documents to present to the Board of Appeals for variance for porch;
