Conceptual Site Planfor Office Building -discussion of traffic flow/volume: 6 employees, customers would visit office most likely off regular business hours, those renting bays would be contractors enter early in the morning and retum within normal business hours; no advertising signage;

Request to Rezone to County SC Suburban Commercial -no plans to develop at this time, County wanted the rezoning to align with Queenstown's Comprehensive Master plan, suggested present idea to Queenstown Planning

- Christina Palmer: running for Town Commissioner on Nov 1, presented flier, priority to make trails plan happen, would like to enhance playground and public areas through federal grants, Queenstown Fair (like the FD), monthly farmer's market, monthly food truck events, monthly fliers, newsletters, Q&A, more community involvement
TOWN MANAGER UPDATES
- Revising water/sewer section of town code, responsibility for inspections; came up because of meters used at golf course cottage - Submitted for water way improvernent grant for FY 23 for $100,000, to be used for dredging, sand will be used to restore shoreline - Receiving $684,000 in American Recovery Funds, got half, to be used for storm water projects, refurbishing water tower - Town Hall meeting I0ll3 at 6 pm; Matt and Geneva will be presenting trails plan
- Town Election l1l1, one position up for election
OLD BUSINESS:
l. Wheatland's - Waterman Family Limited Partnership: Forest Conservation Plan being reviewed by town engineer
2. Boat landing and parking area improvernents: concrete panels have been delivered,
