These are the minutes of a special Town of Queenstown Planning Board meeting held Jan 20, 2021 via Zoom and called to order by President Phil Schneider. The sole purpose was to interview candidates to fill a Planning Board vacancy created by the resignation of Loretta Holman; the Town Manager Amy Moore posted the vacancy in the town newsletter three times and received letters of interest from Susanne De Vito (referred later as Suzanne DeVito), Peter Wierenga, and Geneva Rieu, with resumes provided to board members. Suzanne/ Susanne DeVito withdrew before the interviews; after individual interviews the Planning Board voted unanimously to recommend Geneva Rieu to fill the vacancy and said her resume will be forwarded to the Town Commissioners for final consideration. Additional business recorded: Matt, Paul, and Mike will rotate posting the minutes (the President excused from that duty) and the new member will be given time to get up to speed; the meeting adjourned at 7:50 PM.

TOWN OF QUEENSTOWN Planning Board Meeting Minutes Jan20,2021 Call to order The special session of the Queenstown Planning Board was called to Order by Phil Schneider, Pres.. The meeting was held via ZooM,meeting id number:81344307935 Present were Mafi, Paul, Mike and Amy Moore, Town Manager' New Business: The sole purpose of this special meeting was to conduct interviews for a vacancy on the of Planning Board. A vacancy was created on the Planning Board by the resignation Loretta Holman who moved from Queenstown' The Town Manager had open posted the vacancy in the town newsleffer on three occasions and had received leffers of interest from three Queenstown residents: Susanne De Vito, Peter Wierenga and Geneva Rieu' Resumes were provided to the Planning Board members before tonight's meeting and are attached as reference. The Town Manager scheduled the separate interviews. Before the scheduled meeting Suzanne DeVito withdrew her letter of interest for business reasons which made her unavailable. After conducting individual interviews, a vote was taken The Planning Board voted unanimously to recommend Geneva Rieu to fill the vacancy. Her resume will be forwarded to the Town Commissioners for final consideration. Additional New Business: The members of the Planning Board stipulated that Matt, Paul and Mike will rotate the posting of the Minutes. The Pres will be excused from this duty'The new member will be allowed to come up to speed on topics currently before the Planning Board before assuming any additional function. The meeting adjourned at 750Pm.
