Queenstown Planning Commission September 4,2024 Members present in person: Matt Reno, Paul Cain, Geneva Thrasher-Rieu, and Mike Bowell.

Zoning for Dudley, Lyndsey Ryan, Town Attorney, drafted regs for cannabis growth for indoor only; Town Commissioners requested tour of Centreville dispensary before decisions made 3.
Met with Lindsay Dixon, Lacrosse Homes, bought the green house on Main Street, discussion of buying back lot (town) 4.
Lyndsey Dixon still considering buying lot (Kevin Dey) on Melvin Ave 5.
working with QA Co updating haznd mediation plan 6.
No word from owner of old gas station Old Business:
o Qtown Corridor Management Plan: holding pattern o Housing Expansion and Affordability Act, HB 538: manufactured homes must be allowed anywhere single family detached homes allowed, must be affixed to foundation, must be owned by landowner, same standards can be applied (setbacks, lot creation), local ordinances can be applied but HUD certification is substitute for safety standards;
includes qualified nonprofit owns land and wants to do a qualified project New Business:
