o Updated capacity analysis on sewer for Wheatland's development, met with golf course;
no upgrades needed (have to start planning for next phase when you reach 85o/o capacity);

OLD BUSINESS:
L Trails Master Plan - comments from commissioner's, not infavor of locking the town into a trails system that they are responsible for up keeping/maintaining, concerns with liability, feel the town suggest trails with new developments; TM suggested attending commissioner's meeting, plan a w ork group with Commissioner's
2. ZonrngOrdinance and Critical Area Amendments - Commissioners held public hearing
at 7/28 meeting, adopted
3. Wheatland's - Waterman Family Limited Partnership - impact study contract
4. Boat landing and parking area improvements - approved purchase of concrete pods; only
1 bidfor dock improvements, DNR reviewing; dredgingwill be done before dock improvements, all boats andvehicles will have to be moved
5. Discuss setting material standards for fences - motion to adopt amendments and
recommend adoption to Town Commissioners; Matt Reno, 2nd Paul, no objections
6. Community Parks and Playground Program Grant Funding FY2023 - break into 3
phases, I boardwalkwith bump out, educational, 2 boardwalk on 2nd ave, 3 handicap kayak launch; State Highway Recreational grants open in April 2022

1. Boat and Trailer pa*ing standards - suggested amendnent to accomtltodate for double
trailer for prsonal watercraft; suggested amendment to satisfy requirement tlnt all vehicles are registered; suggested amendment to require setbacfu; Peter Johrutonwill revise and bring back to September meetingfor disctusion 2.
Provide comments to QA Corurty on202l Comp Plan - once Trails Plan adopted by Commissioners will comment to Cowty andrequest inclusion in the Comp Plan.
