TOWN MANAGER UPDATES

Town Commissioners approved proceeding with building a new 250,000 gallon water
tower.

Boats in front yard issue being discuss; 10 residents received letters; not permitted in
front yards/driveways, must be parked on side at least 10 ft. from front of house, or in
rear yard; residents attended Town Commissioner's meeting to discuss; Planning
Commission willing to discuss and make recommendations if Commissioner's interested.

Barry Waterman expressed concerns about sewer capacity, Bob Rauch updated Capacity
Management Report; based on report, upgrade to plant is unnecessary. Mr. Waterman

2. Minutes - June 2,2021- Mike Bowell motion to accept as written, second Paul Cain; all
infavor.
