MINUTES

July 6,2022 Present: Matt Reno, Vice-Chair, Paul Cain, Geneva Rieu, Peter Johnston, Planner, and Mike Bowell.

Matt Reno called the meeting to order at7:02p.m.

Guests:

Oliver Bennan: 107 Old Wharf Lane: remove prohibition of barber shops, goal to renovate building in back yard into a barber shop, soon to be master barber, by appointment only, no more than one customer per time, parking in drive way, 9-15 clients a day,4-5 days a week, each client being less than an hour, need to install bathroom to be compliant with Barber board; has spoken to neighbor with adjoining drive

way, will be available as witness; Peter to draft a zoning amendment to adjust for allowing barbershop Public Comment:

None Town Manager Updates:

Golf Course critical area amendment: thought administrative amendment however Critical Area's are requiring new proposal for growth allocation. As this is just a designation swap, a site visit to discuss with Critical Area's, property owner and town will be scheduled.

Old Business:

Wheatland's- waiting on revised DRRA from Mr. Waterman, commissioner's willing to meet with Planning to discuss Boat Landing improvements- complete, Phase 2 some type of floating dock, waiting on estimates Commercial Oversized Vehicle Parking: Peter suggests putting on next agenda, members should review and be prepared to discuss Critical Area Commission updates: on hold Landscape Guidelines: info will be resent and discussed at August meeting

Queenstown Corridor Management Plan: Urban Renewal Authority for old service station, Lindsay should be engaged; examine current standards that may impact any landowner along area in question.

New Business:

Fire Department: 3 acres on Dudley property, subdivision plaVsite plan forthcoming.

Mike Bowell motion to approve htne 2022 minutes, Paul Cain second, no oppose There being no further business, Paul Cain motioned to adjourn at 8:16 p.m., second Mike Bowell, no oppose.
