Queenstown Planning Commission June 5,2024 Present: Members Geneva Thrasher-Rieu, Paul Cain, Mike Bowell, Phil Snyder, and Town Manager Amy Moore Zoom: Member Matt Reno and Town Planner Peter Johnston Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm Guests:

Queenstown Harbor/John Anderes: Lady Helen SkipJack, take up to 6 passengers, two trips a daylweekends, one trip weekdays,2.5 hr cruise, sunset cruises; zonrng certificate presented, PC approved such uses at a previous meeting. Matt Reno motioned zoning certificate be authorized by town manager; Paul Cain second; Mike Bowell questioned insurance check, none needed; no opposePublic Comment: None Town Manager Updates:

1. Last meeting, Commissioners adopted Ordinance 24-03, ordinance restricting parking of

commercial vehicles to two hours; discussion of enforcement

2. Commissioners to hold one meeting in June, on June 12,2024, will include budget hearing, no -

property tax increases, however there is an 8o/o increase to water/sewer as passed by ordinance in June 2022.

Old Business:

l. Wheatland's: moving on DRRA, funding from USDA should be obligated within a week for water/sewer project 2. New Member Roles/Responsibilities and Bylaws: include meeting attendance requirement and bring back to August meeting for adoption.

New Business:

l. Solar Panel application: Matt Reno motion approval, Mike Bowell second, no oppose

2. Minutes: Miy l, 2024: Matt Reno motion to approve minutes, Mike Bowell second, no

oppose

3. Moving meetings to 6 pm, unanimous vote, to begin in July. July meeting adjourned due to

holiday

4. Annual Report for calendar year 2023: no objection to submission
