Queenstown Planning Commission April 3,2024 Present - Members Matt Reno, Phil SnydeE Mike Bowell, Geneva Thrasher-Rieu, and Town Planner Peter Johnson Zoom-Aaron Horney, Town Clerk Meeting called to order: 7:00 pm Guests:

Queenstown Harbor Golf: John Anderes, Kevin Shearon; presented plans for a new events and lodging facility on 3.4 out of 40 acres,8.5yo impervious coverage; will need to widen road (not conceptualized on handouts); discussion regarding the future of trail expansion with current development plans; redoing bunkers on lakes course starting in July; no intention of wedding stacking; redoing driving range, cover, heaters, technology, Tracker; Tavern completion middle

of May; planning commission did not see any major issues with concept plan;

Public Comment: None Town Manager Updates: None Old Business:

Wheatland's: waiting to put project for new storage tank and other water infrastructure out to bid.

Corridor Management Plan: some clean up at old gas station; no contact with owner New Business:
