The Planning Commission met April 3, 2024. Queenstown Harbor Golf representatives presented a concept for a new events and lodging facility on 3.4 of 40 acres with “8.5yo impervious coverage,” said they will need to widen a road (not shown on handouts), discussed trail expansion, bunker renovations starting in July, driving range upgrades (cover, heaters, technology, Tracker), and reported the Tavern should be complete by mid‑May; the commission did not see major issues with the concept plan. There was no public comment or town manager update; in old business Wheatland's is waiting to put a new storage tank and other water infrastructure out to bid and the Corridor Management Plan noted some cleanup at the old gas station with no owner contact; the minutes were approved (motion Matt Reno, second Mike Bowell) and the meeting adjourned at 7:46 p.m.
