Present viaZoom: Mike and Pat Bowell Meeting called to order at 6:01 pm Guests:
1. JeffBarba (Wheatlands): Phase 1- 5 commercial parcels, townhouses, single family, two
entrances and pump station, 55% of residential properties (109 units, phase 2 89 units); single family detached rear access lot 20 & 48: need permission for easement exception due to loisize, sewage access would be moved to front yard and sidewalk would be moved to HOA responsibility' Phase 2: required24 foot front loaded product, measured from interior walls, requesting relief per 10 ft guidelines for setbacks from other buildings Design guidelines:
"parged foundations", no objections, no motion required Motion: Matt Reno motioned for easement approval for lots 20 & 48 pending conditional public works agreement; no objections to TH 73-78 for placement for plat on t.rotd, Paul Cain second;
no objections, motion carried. Vote: 4-aye,O-nay Matt Reno suggested using open space to be creative for families and other amenities, connecting to existing trail Public Comment:
