TOWN OF QUEENSTOWN

Town Manager Updates a. Annual Report was distributed, needs to be approved to be sent to Commissioner's, then to MD Planning i.
7 permits: 6 on Steamboat, 1 Old Wharf Lane ii.
No objection to submission b. Town Commissioner's Public Hearing on March 24,2O2L for Wheatlands Development c. Commissione/s met regarding boat landing and suggested revisions, possibility of a vote at the next hearing, a harbor master position has also been added d. Bob Rauch received suggestions; amendments being made; "stops" have been moved;
will be using the milling from 2nd Ave resurfacing to fill in boat landing parking lot e. Town Commissioner's met March 2 regarding water infrastructure for Wheatlands development; moving forward f. Requesting signage from State Highways for "jake breaking" for tractor trailers to minimize sound and disturbances ll. Queenstown Harbor Links: Seeking planning commission preliminary approval to move forward with amending master development plans without having to come back to
commission, allow Chairman to have the final approval once plans are approved by Harbor Links staff and engineer a.
