Queenstown Planning Meeting March L,2023 Present: Matt Reno, Geneva Tbrasher-Rieu, Amy Moore- in person. Peter Johnston, Mike Bowell, Paul Cain- virtual Matt Reno called meeting to order at7 pm Guests: none present No Public comment Town Manager Updates:
o Kayden Curian- Eagle Scout project in town, to install three boat safety stations, 1 each pier, 1 boat ramp, approved by commissioners, will be fund raising to complete o Obtained estimates for pilings for small dock area, $11,000, other estimates over $50k o Dock work almost complete, few add ons, few corrections r StartinB work on federal channel dredging project- $100k grant from DNR for study/concept
drawing, in process for approval from property owners for investigation/assessment; suggestion to add researching funding sources to scope of work o Met with representatives from Comcast to bring interneVcable to Queenstown, late 2023/earLy 2024 o Met with Haven Ministries and Shore Fellowship- looking to partner to rsnovate part of church to provide resources for displaced individuals; activities considered accessory to church functions;
o Commissioner's would like to explore SIIA for sidewalk extension from town to golf course Old Business:

Wheatland's: working on PWA for phase 1 2.
Road design standards: commissioner's reviewing 3.
Qtown Corridor Management Plan: 301 is already classified as highest classification of scenic byway; Matt provided literature; explore how this is being managed in the bay crossing studies, discuss with state delegates 4.
Subdivision application: still in progress New Business:
o Kit Foster passed away. She was a previous town resident who served on the past Historical Committee and was the wife of former Town Commissioner and Planning Member John Foster.
o Peter met with Tom Davis, Anders, prelim conc€,pt for par 3 executive coutse, plelim plan for event barn, discussion with wildlife Broup, DNR;
