storm water management, no current issues with zoning ordinances, no issues with impervious surface issue; (1 tree=100 sq ft); no motion needed, town can approve; owner wants to raise the roof of the garage to be abte to use as a shop;

1 . Commissioners doing interviews for 5 candidates for vacancy on 2117 at 4pm, open to the pubtic; 2. No update from Repubtic on trash bins 3. Storm water pipes on private vs pubtic property, wou[d be an engineering discussion 4. Bu[k pickup; letter went out in November exptaining; butk biweekty for a fee year-round, yard ctippings weekty, no fee, from March 1-December 31, with exception of Christmas tree cottection date in January.
