The Queenstown Planning Commission met Feb 4, 2026; attendees included commissioners Paul Cain, Geneva Thrasher‑Rieu, Sue Donaldson, Peter Johnson, Town Planner, Town Manager Amy Moore, and two members by Zoom. A property owner (Vince Clark, Watt St) asked about a building permit to raise a garage roof to use as a shop; staff found no issue with zoning or impervious surface (note given equivalency: 1 tree = 100 sq ft), so no motion was needed and the town can approve. Town Manager updates covered upcoming interviews for five candidates to fill a commission vacancy, no update from Republic on trash bins, that stormwater pipe responsibility (private vs public) would require engineering input, and the bulk pickup/yard clippings schedule and fees; the Jan 7 minutes were approved and the meeting adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
