Queenstown Planning Commission February 1,2023 Present: Mike Bowell, Matt Reno, Phil Snyder, Paul Cain, and Geneva Thrasher-Rieu attended in person. Amy Moore and Peter Johnston attended virtuallv.

Meeting called to order at7 pm.

Guests:

o Carol Purdue: Occupational Therapist; discussion ofneed for creative assisted living facility; suggested researching Cottage Cluster concepts.

Public Comment: None Town Manager updates:

-Dock work almost completed, walk through scheduled 2/3; issues with ladders, steps flush with boards; need to move bench for slip 10.

-Lindsay/Bob/Amy- met with Outlets regarding town taking over certain water and sewer mains to allow connection of Waterman property, requested additional information;

-Water storage tank project moving- cuts cost in halt resubmitted documents to USDA.

-Applied to MDE for funding for mandated water line inventory of all water lines, looking for lead lines;

-Contacted SHA to look at extended sidewalk from HarborLaneto Golf Course as part of the trails; Queenstown Harbor is ok with sidewalk but will not be responsible for maintaining;

-Getting estimates to drive pilings at boat ramp for potential pier -or ramp Old Business:

-Wheatland's: working with attorney for pWA of phase I -Road Design Standards: commissioner,s reviewing -Queenstown Corridor Management Plan: pending; Matt spoke with commissioners at Dec meeting -Subdivision application: Amy met with buyer and seller; legal issues outstanding Ncw Businesst -Minutes from January 4,2023: Mike Bowell motioned approval, Paul Cain second, no oppose.

-Discussion of increased traffic on 301, accidents of intersection Del Rhodes.

There being no further business before the Commission, Matt Reno motioned to adjourn the meeting at7:53 p.m., Paul Cain seconded, no oppose.
