Queenstown Planning Commission January 412023 Present: Phil Snyder, Mike Bowell, Geneva Rieu, and Peter Johnston, - in person. Amy Moore and paul Cain attended virtually.
Meeting called to order at7 pmby Chairman phil Snyder.
No guests No public Comment Town Manager Updates:
- goose blinds/hunting in town: Wheatlands annexation agreement had a clause that would allow hunting
on property after being annexed until a Petition for Planned Development was filed. Once done, there would be no more hunting permitted. As this was applied for and approved, there is no hunting permitted at Wheatlands. The Dudley annexation had no such clause, and therefore hunting was not permilted at all. Both owners notified Old Business:
Wheatland's: seeking final subdivision approval for phase 1, only change to prior plans is SHA swap will be finalized ll5l23, meeting to sign deed; SHA widening strip on frontage and pieie for future serviie road development, gave Waterman other property; waiting on agreement with outlets to connect to water/sewage lines; Mike Bowell moved for conditional final approval of the improvement plans pending
Peter's review and allow chairman to approve upon final submission, Paul Cain second, no -ppose, no discussion.
Road Design Standards- sent samples to Town Commissioners, waiting for feedback.
Queenstown Corridor Management Plan: Matt attended last commissioners meeting to discuss, gave approval to explore.
Subdivision application for 646 Del Rhodes Ave: Preliminary approval was granted 1217, no further info from property owner/surveyor at this time.

l. Minutes from December7,2022 PC meeting: no comments, Mike Bowell motion to accept, paul Cain second, no oppose, no discussion There being no further business before the Commission, Mike Bowell motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:14 pm, Paul Cain second, no oppose.
