The Town of Queenstown Planning Board met via Zoom on October 7, 2020, called to order at 7:06 PM by President Phil Snyder; attendees included Phil Snyder, Matt Reno, Paul, Town Planner Peter Johnson, and guests Lonnie and Shirley Anthony and Kristin Hagerstrum. President Snyder was sworn into a new five-year term. The board unanimously approved an administrative subdivision plan for the Anthony property at 116 Dudley Ave (motion by Mike Bowell, second by Matt Reno). The board also unanimously approved the Hagerstrum request for 352 sq ft of additional lot coverage and the related critical area application for the 10% pollution reduction rule (motion by Matt Reno, second by Mike Bowell). Open discussions covered the Queenstown Boat Launch (parking curb stops, budget, funding sources, timetable, and possible ramp design), an update on the Trails Master Plan including possible alternatives for annexed landowners and a preliminary trailer parking area at the trailhead, and plans for new water tower capacity and potential modification of existing towers; the September 7, 2020 minutes were tabled and the meeting adjourned at 8:32 PM.

TOWN OF QUEENSTOWN Planning Board Meeting Minutes October 7,2020 Call to order The regularly schedules meeting of the Town of Queenstown Planning Board was called to order at7:06pm. by President Phil Snyder. The meeting was held viaZOOM, meeting id number:$421655 1260. Present were Phil, Matt, Paul and Peter Johnson, Town Planner. Guests present via zoom were Lonnie and Shirley Anthony and Kristin Hagerstrum Oath of Office: President Snyder was sworn into a new five-year term on the Planning Board. Approvals requested: 1. Discussion of the Anthony property request of an administrative subdivision plan on property located at I l6 Dudley Ave. Plan drawings and subdivision documents has been previously presented and reviewed by Peter Johnson. Following discussion, a Motion to Approve was made by Mike Bowell a second to the Motion to Approve was made by Matt Reno. The commission voted unanimously to approve the plan as submitted 2. Discussion of the Hagerstrom's request for additional lot coverage (352 sq feet) and an application in the critical area for l0% pollution reduction rule. Documentation and plans had been previously submitted and are attached. Following discussion, a Motion to Approve was made by Matt Reno, a second to the Motion to Approve was made by Mike Bowell. The Commission voted unanimously to approve the plans as submiued. Open Discussion: A discussion of the Queenstown Boat Launch, parking curb stops, budget requirement, funding sources, timetable and potential design of a ramp were all discussed.
