Call to order
The regularly schedules meeting of the Town of Queenstown Planning Board was called
to order at7:06pm. Present were Matt, Phil, Paul, Mike and Peter Johnson, Town
Planner. Loretta was absent.

II.
Town Managers update
The manager was not present but sent notes covering the following topics:
l.The town does not have adopted sidewalk guidelines but does follow
ADA requirement for all new sidewalk construction.
2.Resolution l9-101 adequate advertising timeline has been reviewed by
the town attomey.
3.Resolution l9-103 is included for review.
4.Bonfire and Movie is scheduled for Sat night.
Old Business:
l.
The Trail Master Plan: A general discussion of the progress on this project
was held. Matt updated and clarified the summary of the project to focus on
including trails and pedestrian access into the designs of projects coming
before the Planning Board.

Forest Conservation Ordinance: Peter reviewed an updated ordinance as a
result of actions taken in the 2019 State of Maryland legislative session. T

reflect future development of Wheatland's farm. A motion to take a vote
was made by Mike Bowell, seconded by Phil Snyder. Vote 4-0 Passed

IV New Business:
l.Resolution l9-03 A resolution to amend portion of the comprehensive
Plan pertaining to floating zones and permissible uses was eligible for
introduction. A motion was made by Mike Bowell and seconded by Matt Reno. A
vote was taken and passed 4-0
2.A review was taken on the site plan for 235 Old Point Lane for a
breezeway connecting an existing dwelling to a storage garage on this site. The
plan was reviewed and approved. Mr. Hamilton, general contractor was present
and provided essential facts.
V. Adjournment Meeting was adjoumed at 8:40 pm.
