The Queenstown Planning Commission met remotely on August 5, 2020 (7:00 p.m.) with President Phil Snyder and six commissioners present; there were no guests or public comment. Commissioners discussed the draft Trails Master Plan PowerPoint presented by Matt Reno and the idea of an open house and how to present the plan to County staff, County Commissioners, and neighboring municipalities. Amy Moore reported she is awaiting Commissioner Hardy’s estimate for the boardwalk cost before moving forward with the FY2021 Community Parks and Playground grant application. Town planner Peter Johnston is discussing design concepts and guidelines with the Waterman Family Limited Partnership for a proposed Planned Development; the Sorenson property site and water quality management plan (Charity Lane) is not yet complete and commissioners requested notification when it is finished. Boat landing and parking area improvements were noted as covered in the Town Manager updates; the commission approved the July 1, 2020 minutes and adjourned with 5-0 votes on both actions.

PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES QUEENSTOWN August 5,2020 7:00 PM *tr*Due to continued COVID-l9 restraints, the meeting was held remotely. 7:OO PM _ RE,GULAR MEETING CALLED TO ORDER Mr. Phil Snyder called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. In attendance, President Phil Snyder, Vice-President Matt Reno, Secretary Loretta Hohmann, Mike Bowell, Paul Cain, Amy Moore, Peter Johnston, meetingby Zoom and live from Town of office. Queenstown GUESTS None PUBLIC COMMENT None TOWN MANAGER UPDATES See attached document titled Town Manager Update' OLD BUSINESS: 1. Trails Master Plan Discussion a. Mr. Matt Reno provided the PowerPoint draft presentation for the Trails Master plan. Mr. Reno suggested to host an open house and invite the town to view a trails master plan U.iefitrg. Discussion by the Planning Commissioners on how to present the Queenstown iraster plan to the County Staff, County Commissioners and other countY municiPalities' 2. Community Parks and Playground Program Grant Funding FY202l a. Ms. Moore, is waiting on Town-Commissioner Hardy for the estimated cost of the boardwalk. All the Town Commissioners want confirmation on the cost before moving forward. 3. petition for planned Development - Waterman Family Limited Partnership - Referral by Town Commissioners of Application for a Planned Development (PD) Master Plan a.
