1 . Dredging, waiting on Army Corps Engineering permit
2. Questions about channe[ markers, calted DNR, Coast Guard wit[ not be replacing them because
less than 6 ft deep; channeI markers are missing, maybe fatten over, poor conditions, DNR recentty removed tree f rom otd wharf Lane.
3. Queenstown gotf course changed ownership, requesting the new owner's presence at a ptanning
meeting; Peter Johnston advised scheduted to meet with them Friday, May 8th.
4. Annuat Report, emait sent with info to be reviewed
5. Engineer developed water/sewer rate study; recommending 32o/o increase
6. Work is done to Otd Wharf Lane except asphatt, expected completion June

1. Parking on tawns: conversation regarding parking issue vs enforcement of current zoning and
regutations
2. Dudtey North/Dudtey Home Farm Properties: Motion by Paut Cain to recommend the Town
Commissioners rezone the parcets R-1 , as part of the PN zone, seconded Mike Bowett, no oppose.
Ms. Moore witt inform Commissioners of Ptanning Commission recommendation.
3. Wheattands: waiting on PWA draft from Richmond Homes, negotiations regarding water/sewer
fees and impact fees New Business
1. 6915 Maln St site ptan: Site ptan was incomptete. Ms. Moore witt inform appticant. Peter
Johnston advised att approvats can be compteted admin istrativety.
2. Minutes- Aprit 1,2026 - Paut Cain motion to approve, Mike Bowell second, no oppose
