Town of Queenstown Planning Commission Minutes November 7, 2018 A regularly scheduled meeting of the Queenstown Planning Commission was held Wednesday evening November 7,2018. Present were Philip Snyder- Chair, Matt Reno- Vice Chair, Perry Stutman, BettyWhite, Loretta Hohmann, Secretary, Town Planner Peter Johnston.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER
Accordingly, Phil Snyder brought the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. The following documents were distributed to all members ofthe Planning Commission that were in attendance:

• Appendix A Subdivision Application dated 10-23-2018— Kristin Hagerstrom (applicant)
• Site Plan of 112 Charity Lane, Queenstown

TOWN MANAGER UPDATE
Town Manager, Amy Moore, advised that Betty White’s position has expired. Ms. Moore asked Ms. White if she wished to serve another term oh the Planning commission, and Ms. White indicated she would be willing to serve another term. The consensus ofthe Board was that Ms.
White continue to serve as well. Ms. Moore will inform the Commissioners of Ms. White’s interest. Town Commissioners addressed with Mr. Waterman the proposed amount of residences for the Waterman property. Mr. Waterman has agreed to perform a study ofthe property.
Public hearing on the of November for the zoning ordinance to reenact the new zoning 28th ordinance.
Queenstown Tree lighting, Friday Nov. 30 at 7:00 p.m.
OLD BUSINESS:
Steamboat Village vegetation has died that surrounds the building lots. The town attorney will address it with the property builder of Steamboat Village.

discuss possible movement ofwater meter, no further action taken at this time to move the meter a. Discussed the issue ofspot zoning as the Town would have to rezone. Put it on the list for the next time to re-zone. If Dudley North goes to rezone would it be enough re-zoning to include these lots. Determine the size of the lots in the future. Look at all of the properties to determine ifthe zoning needs to be put into
a new zoning class.
