This document is a Minor Site Plan Checklist used to verify that a development application includes all required materials and plan details. It lists administrative items (complete application, fees, stamps, agency copies, APFO, utility letters, deed/easement documents, and notification to fire/EMS and adjacent owners). It specifies detailed plat and plan content (title block, scale, north arrow, location map, professional seals, aerial, legend, prior actions, zoning and adjacent uses, building footprints and uses, stormwater, wells/septic, utility locations, conservation checks). It also covers Critical Area and Natural Resource information (buffer delineation, floodplain, soils, wetlands, streams, woodland/forest protection, forest conservation worksheets and permits) and site technical requirements (metes & bounds, easements, buildable area, contours, parking, curb cuts, right-of-ways, loading areas and related dimensions).
