This is the Administrative Subdivision Review Checklist (per §18:1-169) used to review subdivision applications that include a plat. It enumerates follow-up steps, required documents and notifications (application accuracy, fees, town notification within 1 mile, adjacent owner and Fire/EMS notice), and required submittals (mylars, paper copies, CAD).
